tbh, I can't remember. There were 6 different birds that we handled on the day - ranging from owls to eagles - so I can't confidently tell you what type it was :(

What I can tell you is that its the largest member of the buzzard family and there are talks about reclasifying it as a smaller member of the eagle family.
